We cannot take any responsibility with regards to the argument, behaviour, actions or conduct in case of dispute between you & the artists. However, we will make sure to investigate any miss-happenings and take necessary action towards the wrong-doing end. The customer/user (YOU) should take care of belongings and valuables during the visit of the artists/beauticians/therapists, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuables of customers during or post visits of the artists/beauticians/therapists/ booked through Makeupcentral. Our services and all contents, materials and postings are without any representation or warranty of any kind.

Though we label and verify all the products used by our artist/beautician/therapist, Makeupcentral is neither responsible nor liable for ensuring the quality of the products and services provided by the artists/beauticians/therapists any need for a legal arbitration or proceedings which arises out of the service, if a need arises it has to be settled between the customer and the artists/beauticians/therapists with or without our involvement.

Makeupcentral always takes every step necessary to ensure your safety and the best possible results. While we are confident in our knowledge and experience, sometimes the unexpected can happen. Therefore, please inform your stylist of previous history, water preference, exposure to reactive chemicals, under a new medication or diet, or anything else that might possibly affect the outcome of the service. Hair colour and hair lighteners along with other chemicals that we may use on your hair can react with any other type of chemical or metal agent that may be present in your hair, if in doubt, mention it!

While we adhere to strict guidelines with regard to colour, lighteners and cosmetics, we cannot see every possible outcome. if you do not foresee what may be on your hair it is possible you could experience anything from hair breakage, chemical burns and undesired results. We will do our very best to ensure you leave with beautiful, healthy hair each and every time you book a service with us!
