Refunds And Cancellation Policy

We sincerely thank you for booking our services on our website & mobile application operated as Makeupcentral.

We offer a partial & full money-back depending on the circumstance & conditions explained below. You are eligible for a reimbursement as per our refund policy within 15 calendar days of your booking.
After the 15-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
We encourage our customers to experience our services & provide feedback on completion as soon as possible to ensure our maximum support.

Refunding rules:

  • Agreement of the general rules, Full Refund:
    • If the artist, salon or studio has cancelled the service due to their unavailability after the booking & payment is done by the customer.
    • If any unforeseen circumstance occurs & the makeup service is not completed by our artist, salon or studio after the booking & payment is done by the customer.
    • If any reactions have occurred on skin which is completely unforeseen & natural after the booking & payment is done by the customer.
    • Order not confirmed and the amount deducted to the customer, will be informed of the steps to be followed if the amount is deducted from the account and the order is not confirmed.
  • Agreement of the general rules, Partial Refund:
    • If any unforeseen circumstance occurs & the makeup service is not completed on the subscription booking by our artist, salon or studio after the booking & payment is done by the customer. The remaining balance will be paid, keeping the completed service amount,

Rules of return: the customer will be informed of the procedures and rules to be followed while requesting for a refund.

Travel cost: The cost of Transport of the artist, salon or studio is considered in the service payment.

Response time: Generally, refunds are processed and the amount will reflect anywhere between 15 days to 30 days.

Applicable Law

The return and refund of the products and services will be covered under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the general rules of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Cancellation of Service: Services can be cancelled before the acceptance of it by the artist, salon or studio. In this case, the customer is eligible for a refund.

Last minute cancellation: Last minute cancellation of service should be completely avoided as our artist, salon or studio members would travel & reach your location prior to the booking time. And, such cancellation will have a direct impact on our vendors, services etc. In the case of last minute cancellation, no refund will be processed.
Last minute cancellation means cancellation of service when just 24 hours time is left for actual booking time, date.
Partial Cancellation of service is not possible once our services are booked by the customer. In such cases, refunds will not be processed.
If any unforeseen circumstance occurs & the customer does not want to have the subscription booking they have the option to reschedule the time, date. If repeatedly the schedule does not work for the customer & our artist, salon or studio is not available at that time, a partial refund will be done based on the service pending. Amount will be deducted for the service completed & is considered as booking payment which is not refunded to the customer. Means, the remaining balance will be paid, keeping the completed service amount. As that service is completed.
